Julian & Grube (JG) was founded in 1995 by Steve Julian, CPA, and Mark Grube, CPA, CFE, CFF, with a mission to provide Ohio’s local governments with dedicated accounting, auditing, and advisory services. From a small practice built on responsiveness and expertise, we’ve grown into a firm trusted by over 450 local governments throughout Ohio.
Over the years, JG’s leadership team has expanded to carry forward the firm’s vision and expertise. Tara Weaver, CPA, CFE, CFF, and Carrie Waid, CPA, became partners in 2010, followed by Meghan Needham, CPA, in 2014, and Adam Lesch, CPA, and Nick Chisek, CPA, in 2019, and most recently Jason Cowman in 2025. Each partner has strengthened the firm with specialized expertise, a client-first mindset, and a shared commitment to helping local governments succeed.
